Our stay was fantastic, particularly given the wonderful location near the Royal Mile and plenty of cozy restaurants. The Deluxe Queen Suite we stayed in was spacious and immaculate, which made our family trip even better. Plus, having a great café downstairs for tea and scones while we waited for our room was a delightful touch.

Stylish and comfortable place, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here.
I was offered a room with AMAZING views of Edinburgh Castle & Gardens. It had favourable and absolutely perfect location a few steps away from Edinburgh Waverley. A Christmas market and a market were right next door.

Wanted to explore Edinburgh and this hotel was good home base for doing it. Extremely comfy beds, a sofa bed, a stone fireplace and central heating were a nice touch. And it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Unique self-check-in experience, charming historical atmosphere, proximity to popular sites
Late-night street noise could be bothersome for light sleepers!!! Limited dining options and café hours could leave hungry guests feeling stranded!!! No hot water at times is a real letdown!!!

I stayed one night in a Beautiful Queen Suite and enjoyed the clean, bright room with a lovely view of the old streets. The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Minor inconvenience with the busy cafe during check-in, but the friendly staff made it worthwhile.

The room is clean with beautiful decor and high ceilings. Very noisy from the street all night. Not ideal if you're sensitive to sound. Expect awkward check-in at the busy café area.

We loved the spacious room for our family, and the location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. The nearby café offered fantastic vegan options, a hit for our dietary needs. Taking a stroll to the castle was lovely!
My kids wished there was a staff member available after hours for emergencies.
